Bring your festive spirit and an empty stomach because Christmas by the Sea’s food is too tasty for just a taste! Dozens of Ogunquit restaurants arrange their best dishes for guests to sample, such as clam chowder, chocolate, and other local favorites. Each snack has its matching pair of beer or wine to drink at the same time. 

Visit with Santa

Still questioning if you’re on the naughty or nice list this year? Keep calm, Santa is here! During your Ogunquit Christmas by the Sea visit, Santa will ask how good you’ve been and what you wish for this Christmas.  

Tree Lightings

Another Ogunquit Christmas by the Sea tradition is the Giving Tree Silent Auction. This event entails Ogunquit locals donating their best tree decorations to the Giving Tree Silent Auction. The person selected from the lottery will then win a prize! 

Plunge ‘n’ Parade

Slide on your bathing suit and join in on the Polar Plunge fun! Located at Ogunquit Beach, Polar Plunge’s profit will be donated to Toys for Tots. This non-profit organization distributes toys to families that can’t manage to buy gifts for their kids this holiday season.
