Room 20 (August 22-24 -2 nights) Room 20 is located on the southwest side of the second floor. This spacious accommodation features a king bed and twin sofa bed, comfortably sleeping up to three guests. Amenities include a kitchenette, flat-screen TV, DVD player, and private bath with tub and shower. A large, sunny porch offers beautiful coastline views.
Room 37 ( 8/19 1 night ) Located on the northeast side of the third floor; Room 37 accommodates two guests with its queen bed. This inviting room features distinctive slanted rooflines, a kitchenette, flat-screen TV, DVD player, and private bath with shower. A charming turret area with windows overlooks the ocean, providing natural light and scenic views. Balcony access is available from outside the room.
Room 6 (August 23) lawn-level units situated in our Victorian building with views overlooking the ocean and coastline. Perfect for two guests, each room features a king bed and comfortable, well-appointed living space. Enjoy a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, DVD player, kitchenette, and private bath with double sinks, tub, and shower. Radiant heat provides exceptional comfort throughout your stay. The front sliding door offers ocean views from the room, and the patio allows guests to unwind while taking in the peaceful coastal setting.
Room 35 ( Aug 24- Aug 30) Located on the 3rd floor of the Victorian, this room offers a king bed, gas fireplace, large bathroom with walk in shower and a claw foot tub. This room also incorporates the tallest tower where you have a kitchenette and dining room seating. Huge views of the ocean and Ogunquit beach. This room does not offer an outdoor balcony.
Room 18 (August 26) Room 18, located on the southeast side, accommodates up to four guests with a queen bed and queen sofa bed. Amenities include a kitchenette, flat-screen TV, DVD player, and private bath with tub and shower. The sunny private deck is surrounded by flower gardens and offers beautiful ocean views.

Room 12 (August 30 1 night) Room 12 is located on the northwest side of the first floor and accommodates up to three guests with a queen bed and twin sofa bed. The room features a kitchenette, flat-screen TV, DVD player, and private bath with new walk-in shower and heated bathroom floor. A half staircase leads to the room and partially covered private porch, where guests can enjoy spectacular ocean and beach views.
Room 8 (8/30-9 1-2 Nights)
Room 8 is one of the largest ocean terrace units in the Victorian building, located on the east side with beautiful ocean views. This spacious 20’ x 28’ suite is thoughtfully divided into two areas, making it ideal for two to four guests. The private sleeping area features a king bed with a stylish barn door closure, while the main living space includes a queen sofa bed. A cot may be added to accommodate an additional guest if needed. Distinctive stone walls add character to this unique room. Amenities include an expanded kitchenette, flat-screen TV, DVD player, private large dressing area, and a private bath with tub and shower. Guests can relax on their terrace and enjoy ocean views surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens.

This open-concept suite comfortably accommodates two to four guests with its king bed and queen sofa bed. A cot may be added for an additional guest if needed. Stone walls enhance the character of this large, inviting space. The room also features an expanded kitchenette, flat-screen TV, DVD player, large open dressing area, and a private bath with tub and shower. Gue enjoy refreshing ocean breezes from their private terrace, surrounded by beautiful gardens
Room 27 (September 1-4)
Located on the east side, Room 27 is a snug and inviting space with a double bed accommodating two guests. The room includes a kitchenette, flat-screen TV, DVD player, and private bath with walk-in shower. An open deck offers views of the ocean and front lawn.

Room 28, located on the east side, is a bright and sunny accommodation for up to three guests. It features a king bed in the main room and a twin bed on the sun porch. The room also includes a kitchenette, flat-screen TV, DVD player, and private bath with walk-in shower. A covered deck overlooks the ocean and front lawn.

Mayfair

Room 400 (8/21 1 Night & 8/29-9/1) Room 400 is a one-room unit located on the second floor in Mayfair. Its queen bed and twin sofa bed will accommodate three guests. This room also provides a kitchenette, flat screen TV, DVD player and private bath with tub & shower. Guests of the Studio can enjoy a romantic atmosphere with a fireplace, cathedral ceilings, large windows (which can be darkened by shades) that overlook Mayfair’s exquisite gardens, and a skylight. Enjoy a large private deck overlooking the gardens.
