Beachmere South

South 106 4/14 – 4/17

Suite 106 is a deluxe two-room suite located on the ocean end of our two story Beachmere South building on the first floor with a private balcony. Spectacular ocean views from your king 4 post bed through a wall of windows will take your breath away. The living room area has a queen sofa bed for an extra guest(s), dining table and gas fireplace. Enjoy your favorite DVD or take in the sounds of the waves hitting the rocks beyond.

South 214 4/15 – 4/17

Room 214 is a one room unit located in the two-story, motel style building named Beachmere South. The queen and twin beds will accommodate three guests. This room also provides a kitchenette, flat screen TV, DVD player, and a private bath with tub & shower. Guests may dine at their breakfast bar while enjoying the wonderful ocean view from the large front windows or outside on their private balcony or Patio, which offers the same wonderful ocean view.

South 212 open 4/14-4/16

Room 212 is a two-room unit located on the second floor in the two story, motel style building named Beachmere South. The queen bed in its own bedroom with 22″ LCD flat screen TV, and the two twin beds in the front room with 32″ LCD flat screen TV with DVD player will accommodate four guests. An additional guest can be accommodated with a cot or an air mattress. This room also provides a kitchenette and private bath with new walk-in shower. Enjoy the spacious living room area with easy chairs and a large kitchen table. Large front windows offer wonderful ocean views from inside or enjoy the ocean breezes from your private balcony.

South 107 4/14-4/17

Unit 107 is a deluxe two-room suite on the 1st floor of the two-story Beachmere South building. Enjoy a king bedroom with a four-post bed and its own 32″ LCD flat screen. In the main room we offer a queen sofa bed for an extra guest(s). This suite has a kitchenette and a private bath with spa shower & tub. Enjoy the luxurious living room area with a sofa, dining table plus a 42″ LCD flat screen TV and DVD player. Large front patio doors lead onto your private deck offering panoramic views of the coastline and ocean from inside your room. Outside, take in the sights and sounds of the ocean from your private deck or the lawn area in front.

Beachmere West

West 120 4/12-4/19

Suite 120 is a deluxe one room suite offering an adjustable king bed, flat screen TVs, CD players and A/C. Enjoy a walk-in shower with multi-function shower heads. In the living room you will find a fully equipped kitchenette, dining table & chairs, another flat screen TV with DVD player, A/C, as well as either a queen sofa bed or trundle bed. Perfect for a couple or a family of four. These suites are approx. 625sq feet in all. ALL rooms have private balconies with ocean views.

West 124 4/13-4/16

This room offers a king bed with flat screen TVs, CD players, A/C and gas fireplace which can be enjoyed in the bedroom or living area. Enjoy a spa-style bathroom with lighted makeup mirror, multi-function shower head and walk-in shower. In this open concept suite, you will find a fully equipped kitchenette, dining table & chairs, another flat screen TV with DVD player a queen sofa bed. Perfect for a couple or a family of four. The suite is approx. 625 sq. feet in all. This room has a private balcony with ocean views.

Victorian Building

Room 4 4/17-22

Room 4 is located on the terrace/lawn level directly in front of the Victorian. Overlooking the Marginal Way with sweeping ocean views from your room and the patio. Room 4 is a nice corner room with extra glass-sliders to let in the light. This room also features a gas fireplace and radiant floor heat, a great addition when Winter doesn’t want to let go.

The stocked kitchenette includes a microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, induction cook-top, and dishware; perfect for lunch preparation or a full dinner meal.

Room 11 4/13-4/16 and 4/17-4/22

Room 11 is located in the Historical Victorian Building and provides accommodations for two guests with its queen bed. This room has been upgraded with a new walk-in shower just this year. This room also consists of a kitchenette, flat screen TV, DVD player and private bath and private deck or patio. Sweeping coastal and ocean views provide hours of quiet entertainment. Its ocean front deck allows guests to enjoy the fresh air, listen to the waves and take in the ever-changing ocean view.

South Suite 209 7/2-7/6 (4 night minimum over July 4th Holiday)

This suite offers two rooms located on the second floor of Beachmere South. Large front windows offer miles of ocean views and ocean breezes from your private balcony or inside your room. Enjoy the spacious living room area with easy chairs, dining table, flat screen TV and the two twin beds that are also made up as day beds.

West Suite 222 7/16-7/20

This suite offers two rooms located on the second floor in Beachmere West, our newest building. Large front windows offer open horizon ocean views from inside or enjoy the ocean sights and sounds from your private balcony. There is a king bed in its own bedroom with its own TV offering privacy from the spacious living room area with easy chairs, dining table, flat screen TV and a trundle bed for an additional guest.

Victorian Room 5 7/16-7/21

Room 5 is located on the terrace/lawn level directly in front of the Victorian. Enjoy miles of ocean tides rolling across Ogunquit beach from your room or the patio. In season enjoy large flower boxes and patio seating to take in the sights and sounds of the ocean. This room features a gas fireplace, radiant floor heat, and an expansive sliding door to take in the views. This room will offer sun and shade throughout the day.

South Suite 112 7/10-7/13 or 7/23-7/26

This suite offers two rooms located on the first floor of Beachmere South. Large front windows offer miles of ocean views and ocean breezes from your private terrace or inside your room. Enjoy the spacious living room area with easy chairs, dining table, flat screen TV and the two twin beds that are also made up as day beds. A newly updated kitchen with an under the counter refrigerator, microwave, dishware, and induction cook-top will enhance your in-room enjoyment or late night snack cravings.

Victorian Room 12 7/20-7/26 and 8/5-8/7

Room 12 is located on the first floor, northwest side of the Victorian and provides pleasant quarters for three guests with its queen bed and twin sofa bed. This room also consists of a kitchenette, flat screen TV, DVD player and private bath walk in shower. A half-sized staircase leads to the room and partially covered private porch, which allows for spectacular views of the ocean and beach.

Victorian Room 10 8/3-/810

Suite 10 is located lawn level on the southwest side of the Victorian and can accommodate four guests with its queen bed in one room (9′ X 15′) and its double sofa bed in the other (10′ x 13′). You’ll enjoy looking up the miles of sandy beach with the ocean waves rolling in with the tides, visible from the living room windows. The shaded patio provides a cool place to relax while enjoying the fresh air. It also offers a full-size kitchen, the only one in the Victorian, and two TV’s in both the bedroom and living room.

Victorian Room 5 8/4-8/9

Victorian 21 8/5-8/12

Room 21 is located on the second floor, northwest side of the Victorian. Its queen bed will accommodate two people. This smaller, cozy room consists of a kitchenette, flat screen TV, DVD player and private bath with a tub & shower. A spacious, sunny deck provides wonderful views of the beach and river.

Victorian 24 8/9-8/16

Room 24 is located on the second floor, north side of the Victorian overlooking Ogunquit beach and Atlantic Ocean. Its king-sized bed will accommodate two people. This room also consists of a new kitchenette, 32″LCD flat screen TV, DVD player and private bath with tub & shower. In addition, this romantic room has a gas fireplace and tower dining space. The spacious corner deck allows guests magnificent coastline and oceanfront views.

South Suite 212 8/19-8/23

This suite is located on the second floor and offers two rooms in Beachmere South. Large front windows offer miles of ocean views and ocean breezes from your private balcony or inside your room. Enjoy the spacious living room area with easy chairs, dining table, flat screen TV and the two twin beds that are also made up as day beds
