Room 15 is located on the first floor, north side of the Victorian. It offers spectacular ocean views across the marginal way and the Big Beach from its expansive deck.  In 2008 this room was renovated to incorporate a larger more modern bathroom, an updated kitchenette and interior entry way. 

The wood-burning fireplace, mahogany style furniture, and private, ocean front deck adds to the appeal of this special room.
